T.A.P.S. stated purpose is to “...provide parents, childcare professionals and others a guide to appropriate resources for the treatment of struggling teens.

The services provided by T.A.P.S. include:

Parent Support Groups; Adolescent Counselors; Short-term Crisis Centers; Acute Care Programs; Residential Treatment Centers; Liaison With Probation Officers; Drug & Alcohol Education; Intervention Coordination; Adolescent Transportation; Schools, Camps, and other Alternatives.
